Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a beautiful river view and were of a very good standard, but the lack of functioning air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot. The service, on the other hand, was outstanding with helpful and polite staff. The location was excellent, being right on the Danube river and close to the old town. However, the dining options were a bit limited, though overall my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel has elegant rooms that meet 4-star standards, although the space for two single beds side by side was limited. The room didn't offer much of a view but was spacious. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The location is ideal for exploring the old town or cruising on the Danube. The dining provided a variety of options, although some items were cold and greasy.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit damp, probably due to the old construction and proximity to the river, although the view of the Danube was nice until the party boats arrived disrupting the peace. On the downside, there were noisy drunken women screaming all night. The service, however, was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist. The location was superb, being central and right on the river, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience provided a good variety of options, especially cheese, but nothing outstanding. The facilities were decent, without any standout features.
